: Always plug any open connections to prevent contamination. Remove the brake vacuum pump.   Release and disconnect the electrical connector.   Disconnect the vacuum line.   Remove the 2 nuts.

:   Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. Remove the 2 rubber insulators.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.   Tighten the nuts to 5 Nm (4 lb.ft).
